Master of Arts in English as a Second Language (MA ESL) was crafted and offered as a graduate program of the Department of English Language, College of Arts and Humanities by virtue of BOR No. 409, S. 1991. Its mission is to develop the individual and society as a whole through the cultivation and enrichment of the intellect, faith, and culture accomplished through the creation of a conducive environment for achieving excellence in teaching, learning, research, scholarship, public service, and professional practices.
