Admission Requirements

Applicants must submit or accomplish the following:

For Initial Evaluation (2 copies each)

1. 2×2 ID Picture with name and signature.

2. Admission Form (OU FORM 1)

3. Recommendation Form (OU FORM 2) – from former professors/supervisor

4. Permit to Study (OU FORM 3) – from the head of your agency (if employed)

5. Certified True Copy of Official Transcript of Records/Transcript of Records (OTR/TOR)

6. Application Fee of ₱100 for Local and $25 for foreign nationals (non-refundable)

7. An essay indicating your purpose for applying to BSU Open University (at least 300 words with your name and signature at the bottom)

8. Clear photocopies of PSA Birth Certificate/LCR and Marriage Certificate (if applicable)

Additional Requirements for Qualified Applicants

1. Original Certificate of Transfer Credential/Honorable Dismissal from the last school attended (not required to BSU Graduates)

2. Valid VISA for foreign nationals (Foreign students)
