The Benguet State University Open University was established to help expand access to quality education and provide flexible learning opportunities responsive to the needs of communities and working professionals.
The Open University Program was formally launched in 1997 through University Board Resolution No. 798, series of 1997, supporting the University’s commitment to distance education and lifelong learning.
